About Us
We're a husband-and-wife team creating music inspired by our three young children and the music we love. Little Tune Lab began in our home with one simple belief, children deserve music that is just as rich, diverse, and thoughtfully produced as music for adults.
We create and produce songs intended to expand the world of children’s music. Each of our albums is a dedicated deep dive, pairing one specific topic with one musical genre. Whether it is Latin jazz dinosaurs, construction vehicle funk, or chillwave ocean animals, we are reimagining what family music can be. Our songs are made for quiet time, dance parties, car rides, and every moment in between.
Our Process
Creating music for childhood is about more than melodies and lyrics. For us, it is an opportunity to expand our children's world, both musically and topically. Each album starts with a clear concept. We consider the topics our children are exploring and the sounds we want filling our home during those moments.
Once the concept and purpose are clear, we break the album into individual songs. Each track is crafted with intention, exploring angles that inspire imagination, support social-emotional learning, and engage multiple senses. Lyrics, melodies, rhythms, and instrumentation are thoughtfully developed to create music that is rich, age-appropriate, and meaningful. Every decision, from the mood and energy of the song to how it fits into playtime, is guided by our vision for the experience our family will have.
At the final stage, AI tools help us produce and shape the music, bringing these ideas to life while staying true to our creative direction. Every track is polished through multiple rounds of review. We only release music we feel comfortable playing for our own children.
